Gemma wants to thank her cousins, Lydia and Monica, for sharing their pretty dresses with her. She really enjoyed wearing them in the warmth. Love you both!!

I'm still amazed that we all had little girls within a year of each other- definitely God's sense of humor- I certainly never expected it! Thanks for sharing these pics- Gemma will be the recipient of many hand me downs if she wants to be- that is of course if Monica ends up being our only girl...jury still out on that...!

Hi Cath! Gemma is ADORABLE! She's really getting big, and you can tell she's get a fun personality already.

I'm going to try to be better at blogging and commenting now that we're shaking off the depressing grip of winter. (Well, not quite shaking it off yet. It's very cold today!!)

We've had a cold winter, but nothing like you folks, I imagine. We did have a similar string of weeks in January without the temperature ever going over the freezing mark. And we've had a lot of snow, but in the last month the ground has mostly been bare. And we have had the occasional warm day recently to give us hope. Friday was 60 degrees!

Have you folks had ANY moderation in the weather? And do you still have snow?

Love ya,

Cathy

Hi Cathy!
Thanks for the message... yes, it has been a rough winter here. BUT we are almost out of it... I am so looking forward to Spring. It is supposed to look up this weekend, as I am sure it will in Chicago too. We are supposed to have mid 50s all endweek!!! I hope the semester is going well for you all. I hope to talk with you guys soon!
We miss you!
Love you,
Catherine
