Happy belated birthday beautiful Gemma Catherine

Gemma's 2nd birthday was April 23rd. She loved having her birthday, and really enjoyed the attention. She brings so much joy and laughter to our lives. We love you Gemma, and are so grateful for the gift of you.

My sweeties and my tulips

We have had gorgeous weather this spring, and have spent every possible moment outside. In a normal day, Jack wears between 2 to 4 costumes. At this moment, he happened to be into the knight costume. Gemma wears 2 to 4 different pairs of shoes a day. I don't know if you can tell, in the picture with Jack she is wearing some sweet heals. And Frederick is my sweet boy who is content wearing one outfit a day. I also had to add some pictures of my garden. I planted some bulbs last fall, and these tulips bring me a lot of joy.

Happy Easter!

I hope you all had a blessed Holy Week, and Easter! This may be my favorite week of the year. We had a beautiful week with our little family. It is fun having some of our own traditions as a family now. These pictures were all taken today. We went to morning Mass, and then over to the Grandma and Grandpa B.'s for brunch. It was gorgeous weather, so we spent most of the day outside. It was really nice for the kids to have an Easter egg hunt outside since most years it has to be indoors. The children had a wonderful day running through the grass and climbing the trees. It was a joy to watch them.

Spring!!!!

We have had exceptionally sunny and warm weather these past few weeks. It was actually the first snowless March in 130 years!!! My daffodils are blooming, and this about a month early for them to bloom here. I can't tell you how much joy these little yellow blossoms bring me.

The first pictures are from our egg dying. Tom made each child an egg, and wrote 'no' on Gemma's because that is her favorite word right now.
