October

It is hard to believe October has come and gone. The kids had a lot of fun with all the pumpkins, candy, and costumes. Here are some pictures of our last month.

I am sorry that I haven't posted anything in awhile. I had a hard time getting back into blogging after both Dads were in the hopstial, but I am back! I want to give a shout out to Dad and Greg for their birthdays. I love you both so much, and am so grateful for you! I wish we could be with you, but you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Our weekend in Philly

Sorry I haven't posted anything in a few weeks. The kids and I flew to Philly a few weeks ago for a weekend, and had a wonderful time with Grandad, Grandmom, and Uncle Greg. We hung out at the house, went to the incredible Please- Touch Musuem, and even got to visit Longwood Gardens, my favorite spot. They even babysat the kids one night, so that I could go out with some friends, which was so nice.

Mom flew home with us on Sunday, and stayed with us in MN until Thursday. It was a wonderful to have her here. We, of couse, wish Grandad could have been here too, but are grateful for our time with Grandmom. Thank you, Greg, for making it happen, and helping out with Dad while mom was gone. Unfortunately our computer is not letting me upload many pictures, so I will try to put some more pictures up soon.

I have so many great pictures from the week, I don't even know which ones to choose from!

Frederick's first day of Kindergarten

Frederick started Kindergarten last week, and he is loving it. He goes 3 days a week. He looks so grown up (and adorable) in his uniform!

Labor Day

Labor day was a beautiful late summer day here in Minnnesota. We went to a hidden beach on lake Minnetonka with our friends, and the kids had a wonderful time. It was such a gorgeous day, I will have to look back at these pictures in the middle of January, and remember the Minnesota IS truly a wonderful place to live.

The last 6 pictures are from the State Fair. We went last week, and it was a gorgeous day. We enjoyed rides, petting baby animals, and eating lots of yummy MN food. It was a great time.
